Your school’s books
Payments arrived as WhatsApp screenshots and by month’s end nobody knew who still owed.
Packages, monthly fees, invoices and income in a single panel. You know who paid, who owes and how much came in this month without opening a spreadsheet.
How it works
From setting your prices to knowing, on any day of the month, how your school is doing.
-
Set up your packages
Monthly fee, drop-in classes, family plan — whatever you charge. You define what each one includes and its price; from there everything is charged against those packages.
-
Connect your payments
Stripe or MercadoPago depending on your country, to charge online. And if someone pays cash or by transfer, you record it by hand: both ways end up in the same place.
-
Charge and invoice
Subscriptions charge themselves each period. You issue one-off invoices when you need to, and every student gets a receipt with its own link.
↔ Your student gets their receipt and can open it whenever they want, without asking you.
-
See how you are doing
The panel tells you how much came in, who is up to date and who owes you. No chasing screenshots, no reconciling by hand at month’s end.
Worth knowing
- You record your bank details so it is clear where transfers and payments should go.
- The currency comes from your group’s country and the owner can change it.
- The same thing works for event registrations: event payments and school payments are the same engine.
- The day to day runs from the app; long reports and fine configuration live in the web dashboard.
More features
The rest of what the app already solves today.
- Your guests, in one thread The deal with each guest mestre got lost among old conversations.
- Your ticket, in Wallet No more digging for the payment screenshot in your gallery while the queue moves.
- Your group’s cords Graduations lived in a notebook, and at the batizado nobody remembered who was ready.
- Promote your event from your phone Your batizado lived in an Instagram story that expired in twenty-four hours.
- Run your event without the chaos Registrations came by chat, payments by screenshot and the schedule in a PDF nobody opened.
- Your trial classes, with follow-up Someone asked about a trial class, you replied, and that was the end of the story.
- Find events and rodas Events lived in Instagram stories, and you found out once they had already happened.
- Tell everyone without chains A last-minute venue change was a WhatsApp chain that never reached half of them.
