Promote your event from your phone
Your batizado lived in an Instagram story that expired in twenty-four hours.
You publish your roda, your batizado or your workshop in minutes and it enters Ginga Nation’s discovery, where capoeiristas who do not follow you can find it.
How it works
From creating it to people finding it, without designing a flyer.
-
Create it in minutes
Event type, title, date and time, description, venue and cover image. It is a form, not a dashboard: you fill it standing on the floor.
-
We review it
On save it goes to review. An admin approves it and then it enters the public feed — so discovery does not fill up with tests and half-made events.
-
It enters discovery
It shows up in the app and in the public directory, filterable by type and city. It is found by whoever is looking for capoeira there, not only by people who already follow you.
↔ A capoeirista from another city sees it when filtering by their area, without knowing you.
-
People save and confirm
Those who are going say so, and those still deciding save it. You see how many there are before the day.
↔ Once they confirm, event announcements reach them without having to ask.
Worth knowing
- To promote you do not need to charge anything: an event can be published with no registration and no payment.
- If you later want to sell tickets or charge registrations, registration is switched on over the same event.
- Creating events is for the group owner and admins. If you do not have a group yet, you create it first.
- The time always shows in the venue’s timezone, not the viewer’s.
More features
The rest of what the app already solves today.
- Your guests, in one thread The deal with each guest mestre got lost among old conversations.
- Your ticket, in Wallet No more digging for the payment screenshot in your gallery while the queue moves.
- Your school’s books Payments arrived as WhatsApp screenshots and by month’s end nobody knew who still owed.
- Your group’s cords Graduations lived in a notebook, and at the batizado nobody remembered who was ready.
- Run your event without the chaos Registrations came by chat, payments by screenshot and the schedule in a PDF nobody opened.
- Your trial classes, with follow-up Someone asked about a trial class, you replied, and that was the end of the story.
- Find events and rodas Events lived in Instagram stories, and you found out once they had already happened.
- Tell everyone without chains A last-minute venue change was a WhatsApp chain that never reached half of them.
Publish your next event
The app is free, and so is the platform while we are in beta.
